Trainee Service Coordinator (Building Maintenance)

We are currently seeking a Trainee Service Coordinator to join our Building Maintenance team. This is a fantastic entry level administration position will suit someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and an interest in the building industry. All training is provided.

Our perfect candidate would;

• Be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Have a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Be able to adapt well to change and work under pressure
• Be able to work well as part of a team or independently
• Consistently follow instructions and apply procedures

The role would include the following tasks;

• Record and prioritise incoming job requests.
• Liaise with clients to schedule works.
• Coordinate tradespeople and labourers.
• Request and compile quote information from sub-contractors.
• Maintain client KPI portal and regularly update clients on works in progress/completed.
• Maintain database of subcontractors and their relevant documentation (Data Entry).
• Compile completed job documentation for accounts processing.
• Other administration assistance as required.
