We are looking for two full-time Travel Advisor Trainee to join our dynamic, passionate, and successful team. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager, and you will help to plan, book and coordinate our customer’s next amazing holiday or travel experience. 

Ideally you must be confident selling tailor made holidays, dynamically packaging trips and putting together bespoke itineraries for our customers. Building customer relationships and satisfaction will be critical to your success in this role.

Here is a snapshot of what you will be doing:

• Be part of an energetic and social team on a 5-day roster with some Saturday work
• Assist our Travel Advisor team in the planning, booking and coordinating travel itineraries that encompass iconic travel destinations and experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• You will undertake a range of travel and sales activities including preparing final travel documents, contacting suppliers, data entry and general support of the sales team.
• Conduct office administration activities to ensure a high level of support is being provided across the business
• Provide back up support to other administration roles within the business e.g. accounts, groups, management and marketing
• You will participate in a structured training program where you will get to use your travel experience to Sell The products and destinations you love
• Advise customers of travel regulations, visas and local customs

Ideally you will possess:

• Proactive desire to learn and show initiative
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
• Solid communication skills and a professional demeanour that allow you to talk to anyone
