THE ROLE
Assist and support Travel Consultants to provide a seamless travel management experience while delivering outstanding customer service. This Monday to Friday role requires a consultant that no longer wants sales targets and is confident in dealing with a wide variety of essential tasks. Among other duties you will be assisting with payments and travel documentation, assist with ticketing through Air Tickets, contacting suppliers, monitoring GDS queues, answering client queries and ensuring there are no gaps in itineraries or missing information such as frequent flyer numbers, dietary requests etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 1 – 2 years’ travel consulting experience
- Proven experience dealing with suppliers and GDS queues
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
