We are a busy, Small Animal Veterinary Clinic, located in Eltham, 20km north-east of Melbourne, and are currently searching for a Part Time Veterinary Nurse to join our team.

Our award-winning INDEPENDENT practice is located in the beautiful bushland suburb of Eltham. As an EVP employee, you will have a lot of fun as part of a great team! The practice buys lunch every Thursday, followed by a 2-hour staff meeting and/or training session covering professional and personal development, new products, patient care and customer service.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual with 1-2 years of experience within the veterinary industry to join our team.
In this role you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to our beloved animal patients while gaining valuable hands on experience in the veterinary field.
We are looking for a nurse who:
- Has a genuine passion for animals and their welfare.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in veterinary nursing.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and Saturdays as required.
Under the guidance of our experienced Veterinary Nurses and veterinarians, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to develop their skills and knowledge in veterinary medicine.

Excellent customer service is essential and reliable transport is needed.
The role is an average of 30-35 hours per week. The roster involves early morning and late weekday shifts, with flexibility to increase hours to cover annual leave. The roster will also include 1-2 Saturday morning shifts per month.
