The Company
Worklogic is a nationally recognised brand that specialises in workplace investigations and cultural reviews and other services. Our passion is to help make Australian workplaces better by managing the risk of employee misconduct. Our mission is to provide expert, independent advice and durable solutions that help our clients create and maintain safe and respectful workplaces.
We service a client base across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, and partner with leading law firms to make workplaces better. Our team enjoy a truly hybrid approach to work from our three office locations in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to enter the industry and learn from the ground up. You will be working on various matters at any one time, and a typical day will consist of:
- Administering the workplace investigation process
- Liaising with investigation participants and clients
- Handling evidence, reviewing transcripts
- Summarising evidence and writing reports
Enthusiasm, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple matters at once is an absolute must.
The focus on your career and development is genuine, and you’ll be supported to work towards conducting your own investigations by on-the-job and traditional (classroom style) learning to ensure you’re able to progress over time.
The Team
Our team consists of a highly engaged team of investigators, mediators, and HR specialists, and we’re ready to support you in these early stages of your investigative career. We’re a hands-on team, and we’re looking for someone who enthusiastic, open to learning, and prepared to work hard.
Experience
Previous experience in this kind of role is not required, however, you must have some experience in a corporate or similar office environment where you were responsible for preparing written reports or other communication with a high level of accuracy. Ideally you will have a keen interest in workplace culture or human resources and be highly analytical. Experience in data analytics (quantitative or qualitative) will be highly regarded as you will need to be able to disseminate meaningful information from verbal interviews into a written report format. Previous experience in human resources or employee relations (at a junior level) is desirable, however, other similar environments will also benefit.
Our Benefits
We know our people work hard, so we offer a hybrid work arrangement split between our Sydney CBD office and working from home. We also offer paid professional development, additional leave benefits and a commitment as a national team to get together as a minimum twice a year at our annual retreat and end of year celebrations.
We take our responsibilities to our people and our clients seriously and as an equal opportunity employer, value equity, diversity, and inclusion.
