An exceptional opportunity exists for two Indigenous candidates who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent to work, learn and grow within an industry leader and pioneer in technology.The position is responsible for the specific setup of multi-functional devices and printers to exact customer specifications as required. You will learn all requirements in terms of installation, including initial setup, running and repairs and trouble shooting. You will refurbish machines, test operation and ensure all speciation's have been considered for a timely efficient installation with our customers.
Responsibilities will include -
- Following a training schedule to train you in all aspects of the role including setup, repairs, maintenance, testing, delivery, refurbishment, troubleshooting faults and finding solutions, installing customer networks, printing test prints, organising the workshop and warehouse, attending to client sites for installations and delivery.
- Following all protocols of service to ensure customer satisfaction and the devices performance.
- Following the companies documented procedures and policies at all times.
- You must identify as an indigenous Australian of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island decent for this opportunity.
- Be willing to learn and grow within the company, start at an entry level, and embrace the learning journey that is fully supported.
- Possess an enthusiastic and responsible attitude.
- Be dependable and conscientious.
- Be interested in a career with a leading technology provider.
- Have a current driver’s licence is desirable.
- Practical mechanical or electronical skills or interest in this area
