Our opportunity
Toshiba has evolved beyond photocopiers to provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across their business operations.
We provide opportunities for growth and advancement to keep you engaged. This position is responsible for assembling and configuring Multi-Functional Devices as per the customer’s specifications and as well as performing repairs when required. Successful applicants will be provided technical training on all our products.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble and configure Multi-Functional Devices
- Refurbish Toshiba Multi-function printers
- Ensure run-ups and other tasks are completed within the specified times for each device or task
- Recycle packaging as per instructions, including loading recycling machines
- Identify issues within the workshop that will affect productivity, quality and teamwork
- Assess returned machines for refurbishment and/or disposal as required
- Assist the Workshop Supervisor with running the workshop day to day activities.
Other requirements:
- At least five years’ experience working on multi-function printers
- Accurate data entry skills & ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Past experience leading a team or keen to learn how to lead a team.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively with customers and Toshiba team members across multiple departments and at various levels. Therefore, sound interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation will ensure success.
