Responsibilities:

This role has three core functions, Mosman admin, NDIS Support and partnership support.

This diverse role will see you as the first point of contact within the Atherton office reception, providing support to a Specialist Support Coordinator (NDIS) and supporting operational staff with general duties including reception, carer assistance and office maintenance.

  • Provide administrative support for other office functions such as preparation of NDIS documents, electronic forms, schedules and charts
  • General administrative tasks - Filing, scanning, printing and copying
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls and maintain the business telephone system
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems and databases
  • You will be communicating with executive, support staff and clients responding to their needs as well as general administration duties
Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Computer literacy - proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and driven attitude
  • A genuine interest in administration
The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Police/ Disability/ Childrens Clearance check.

Full-Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm)
