Quality People is a proud family-owned Recruitment Agency in Ormond. An opportunity has emerged for an enthusiastic Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrator for a 20 hour per week role at our office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Entry of weekly invoices
- Processing payroll
- Scheduling payments to contractors and suppliers
- Managing payables, receivables, and invoice financing
- Bank reconciliations
- General filing and office administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Highly competent with MYOB Account Right
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Desirable experience with Astute Payroll and Jobadder
