About Us:
We are an approved RTO provider to deliver Accredited and Non-Accredited short courses and Nationally Recognised Qualifications in Australia, RTO No: 52578 / CRICOS No: 04055H.
We are seeking expression of interest from the suitably qualified Full time/part time/Casual trainers and Assessors to deliver the following courses:
- Medication Competency
- HLTWHSOO5 Manual Handling.
- CHC33115 – Certificate II in Health Services Assistance
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
- CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
- CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management
- HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection
- CHC37121 Certificate III in Hospital or Health Services Pharmacy Support
- CHC33221 Certificate III Health Support Services
Note: Registered nurses with or without CIV TAE may apply.
Enrolled nurses without CIV TAE may apply for non-accredited courses delivery.
Successful applicants must have:
- A qualification at least to the level being delivered.
- Hold TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Current Police Check and WWCC
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and communication skills
- Fully familiar with the relevant training packaging rules.
- Community Services experience is desirable
- Exceptional skills in course reviews, validations, moderation, and stakeholder consultation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and education workshops to groups of adult learners in classroom settings.
- Mark and moderate assessments.
- Work collaboratively with the Auscare Training Organisation teams to support organisational goals.
- Supporting staff and management with administrational duties that are necessary for our growth.
- Maintaining Industry currency and professional development.
Required Skills:
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft 365 suite.
- Present information and training courses clearly and effectively to clients and organisation staff
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage clients and stakeholders.
- Show a professional and amicable presence.
- Experience working with technology including e-Learning platforms.
- Ability to plan, design and produce high quality, relevant training materials including eLearning courses.
