THE OPPORTUNITY
This rewarding opportunity as a Trainer and Assessor will have you delivering Virtual Classroom-based Training to learners, where you will:
Deliver dynamic and sector relevant training to all learners within the Aged Care sector whilst ensuring compliance.
Provide ongoing training, support, observation and mentoring to learners that supports them to achieve their career goals.
Whilst this role is initially a full time 12 months Maximum-Term position, there is potential for it to be extended.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Certificate III in Individual Support OR Certificate IV in Ageing Support (or previous equivalents)
Demonstrated relevant working experience in the Aged Care sector
Police Check
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Digital literacy skills and ability to:
Have multiple windows open and working across them.
Utilise teams/ zoom/ skype channels.
Screen share in online face to face channels.
Use Microsoft Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Write and respond to emails.
Set up folders on your computer.
Solve basic IT issues.
