About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic Trainer / Assessor - Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Disability Support with comprehensive knowledge and experience in workplace training and assessment specifically in the field of Aged Care, Community or Disability Services. The right candidate will also have experience in RTO administration and strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills to assist in developing curriculum.

Skills and experience:
- Demonstrated recent experience in an RTO Administration role (past 1-2 years)
- Previous experience in an adult learning environment as an administrator is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the National VET system, including the national skills framework, training packages, the AQF and Standards for RTOs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and assessment solutions to identified workgroups
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care or Individual Support
- RN/EN Highly Desirable!
- Demonstrated ability to use technology in learning including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
