We are currently seeking a trainer and assessor with the following qualification:

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery,

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or Equivalent tertiary qualifications
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or Higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications
• Relevant industry experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Previous VET training experience with international students
