My Flex Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers a variety of training courses. As a WA-owned and operated company, we are dedicated to providing quality, outcome-focused training for all our students, whether they are existing industry professionals or those embarking on a new career. We are currently expanding our scope of training.
Application Requirements:In this Full-Time role you will be a highly motivated and supportive Trainer / Assessor who can confidently deliver and assess Nationally Recognised Training, specifically of Individual Support & Health Services Assistance. As an integral member of our team you will be flexible and adaptable to contribute to the growth and success of our RTO business.
The position is a Full Time opportunity and based in our Perth Training Centre.
The position will include delivering Non-Accredited Training including Manual Handling, Personal Care and other health care orientated courses

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience to deliver training to the requirements of training packages
- Able to deliver engaging training to meet performance objectives
- Intermediate computer literacy Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills along with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- National Police Clearance
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to deliver short courses, such as Manual Handling & First Aid.
- Extensive clinical experience and able to transfer knowledge in the classroom setting to upskill health care workers.
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
