Part-time or Full-time, for the right person.Role OverviewAs a Business Trainer and Assessor at Gold Training, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs for our Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Business, and Certificate III in Business courses. You will work closely with a diverse range of students, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed in their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and group training sessions, tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Develop and maintain allocated training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of training modules.
- Conduct competency assessments, both class-based, employment-based, and online.
- Collaborate with the training manager to design and implement effective learning interventions.
- Utilise your industry experience to provide real-world insights and practical examples to enhance the learning experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems and knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate learning.
- Conduct onboarding inductions with new students
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - essential
- Must hold all relevant qualifications - essential
- Proven industry experience and relevant qualifications in Business and Leadership.
- Passion for vocational education and a commitment to achieving student outcomes.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously with the support of an administrative team.
- Assess students and provide constructive and timely feedback
- Maintain, modify and or develop learning resources, session plans and assessment tools as required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of students.
- Flexibility and reliability to adapt to changing student needs and deliver training across various formats.
- Sound knowledge of ASQA requirements and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to foster a positive learning environment.
