BGT Jobs & Training are looking for a Disability Trainer & Assessor to join our Training Department. BGT works to provide employers with well skilled staff and are looking for someone to join our dedicated team of trainers to play a vital role in the training and development of staff throughout local businesses.
As part of BGT’s training team, you will be responsible for the training and assessment of a diverse cohort of students enrolled at a Certificate IV level. This highly rewarding opportunity will require you to support and nurture students as they prepare for a career in the disability/aged care sector.
You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team to deliver an exceptional learning experience to students, contribute to course development and support streamlined processes.
To be successful in this role you must hold the following qualifications or higher:
CHC43115 – Cert IV in Disability
TAE40116 – Cert IV in Training and Assessment
You will:
- Have a passion for providing exceptional care to the community

- Have exceptional industry currency
- Enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced role.
- Understand the importance of working in a team environment and value your own contribution to the team
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
