THE ROLE
An opportunity exists at our Victorian Sites for Trainers & Assessors to join our busy and fast-growing business. Employment will be negotiated and will be on a contractor arrangement.
Your main duties will include:
- Delivering quality training that will improve the outcomes for our students and clients in the following LF, WP, DG, RB, RI, RA, CV, C2, C6, C1, CO, CB, SB, SI, SA and HP.
- Deliver training/assessing in civil/earth moving RII units.
- Working in a team of trainers/assessors to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training courses.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, you will need to;
- Must hold current statements of attainment for the class of license/unit of competency in which training will be delivered
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Have well-developed organisational skills
- Have a passion for training
- Be a positive team player willing to contribute to the organisation’s continued success
- Have a willingness to learn and undertake training themselves
- Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and the ability to facilitate and encourage learning using different modes of delivery.
