We are looking for an experienced Linesperson who is passionate about delivering quality compliance training within the Electricity Supply Industry. Our trainers play a pivotal role in delivering effective training programs to our clients and are the face of our dynamic organisation.
The Role will focus on the delivery of:
- Qualifications and experience in Transmission Line construction.
- Training and Assessment services which includes initial training as well as annual refresher programs for various units of competency such as First Aid/CPR and Rescue Training.
The Person
The ideal applicant/s will have experience working within the Australian Electrical networks or similar industries and have a passion for passing on the benefits of your knowledge and experience to new and experienced workers. In addition to training, you may assist in the delivery of our range of advisory services to our wide range of customers.
Training experience and a current TAE 40116 certification in Training and Assessment is essential. Thomson Bridge will also consider and support the right candidate in attaining their TAE.
The successful applicant/s must have:
- Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
- Certificate III Transmission Overhead.
- First Aid, CPR.
- First Aid in an ESI Environment.
- Work Safely at Heights.
- Enter and work in Confined Spaces.
- Current HRWLs.
- National Police Clearance.
- White Card.
