This is a site based role on an 8:6 roster.This purpose of this role is to support the operational leadership teams on site with the successful delivery of underground Charge Up and Service Crew training, ensuring training strategies and development paths are being followed by Barminco employees and continuously improve onsite training and compliances.Why Barminco?

- 5+ years' experience in Underground Mining
- 4+ years experience in Underground Charge Up position
- WA Shotfirer Licence
- Underground operational knowledge
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
