Duties include but are not limited to; Completing site inductions with new starters and monitor renewals for existing staff. Completing floor walks Record-keeping of training/induction paperwork Organisation of training plans for team members Conducting regular training analysis, assessments of competence and general administrative tasks in a timely manner The successful applicant will possess the following; Must be a self-starter, with great time-management skills Able to work autonomously Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have great interpersonal skills, and remain friendly and approachable Ability to work Monday to Friday from as early as 06:00am, to as late as 3pm - some flexibility available Previous knowledge and experience within a similar production/manufacturing environment are highly desired.
