CBTC is currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver the following courses in the following sectors for its Sydney campus:

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116 or higher with the required skills set or higher.
- A formal qualification at the same AQF level or higher in the related domains/fields (see qualifications summary at - http://www.training.gov.au.
- Recent or ongoing professional/vocational experience in the relevant areas/sectors – desired experience 3 years and above.
- Knowledge of the VET sector, training packages, and an understanding of academic compliance requirements in RTO and CRICOS environments, including learning support.
- Ability to plan and deliver training sessions and organise training and learning resources.
- Ability to plan, conduct, and mark/grade assessments as per competency requirements.
- High-level communication, presentation, planning, and training skills.
- High-level computer skills including the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Any prior experience in the education and training sector, or training, and working with culturally diverse clients/audiences, including international students, will be highly valued.
