Trainers/Assessors: Individual Support/Aged Care - Bayswater

An opportunity is now available for a face-to-face on campus for Trainers and Assessors to join our national training team in Bayswater (Perth). We are looking for candidates who will be able to deliver and assess the Certificate III in Individual Support on Mon, Tue and Wed.

The successful candidate must have the following experience, knowledge and skills:

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification or higher
• Relevant Vocational Qualifications and competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
• Current industry experience which demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies
• Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning
• Ability to translate industry experience in community services into quality training
• Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds
• Well organised with outstanding time management skills
• Ability to work collegially and autonomously
• Minimum 2 years relevant industry training experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment
• Well versed with Standards for RTO's 2015
• Willingness to contribute to resource development and participate in assessment validation activities
