Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RTO Training Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration within the VET sector and be proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Axcelerate. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our team during a significant period of growth and expansion.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in administration within the VET sector.
- Experience working with government funding bodies and their specific compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Axcelerate experience highly desired.
- Strong understanding of the VET sector and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to complete tasks effectively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
