Mining Skills Australia (MSA) is an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a leading provider of competency and proficiency-based training and resources. We are currently seeking a Training Administrator and Content Developer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane on a Full-time basis (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm).
As the Training Administrator at MSA, you will be part of a collaborative team who work together to produce quality training products. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and mentoring, as well as have the opportunity to learn new skills.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Customer service and support for trainers, clients and students
- Develop learning materials for courses
- Convert training materials to interactive scorm packages.
Essential skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Office or similar
- Attention to detail
- Professional and clear communication.
Desirable, not essential:
- Experience developing PowerPoints or similar presentations
- Experience developing accredited training
- Excellent writing skills
- 1-2 years' experience working in an administrative role.
Expected salary is dependent on previous content development experience. On-the-job training will be provided to candidates with less experience.
