About the Role
The Content Developer role is within our Regulatory Compliance team. You will be responsible for the overall development, content commissioning and market awareness of the Regulatory Compliance Financial Services portfolio. You will also be responsible for management of all author relationships, customer relationships, content development initiatives relating to the portfolio.
Reporting to the Content Manager-Pacific, this is a permanent full-time role to be based from either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferably with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the overall solution and modules within the Financial Services portfolio
Delivering current, relevant, and accessible content by applying knowledge and customer insights for all products.
Identifying and implementing plans to harvest and/or discontinue underperforming modules
Developing and communicating process, timeliness, and quality improvements
Assisting with new content proposals and implementation in related practice areas or jurisdictions.
Supporting new business acquisition and market penetration
Maintaining effective working relationships with operational editorial teams to deliver quality content within the deadlines
Communicating effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including regulators, compliance officers, lawyers, and consultants.
Requirements
Possess experience in content publishing and legalegulatory compliance with a law-related background.
Be able to demonstrate drafting experience and good working knowledge of the publishing process
Be able to demonstrate significant product development experience.
Possess effective communication and teamwork abilities
Possess sound commercial/business acumen
Have a thorough understanding of the legal landscape and/or regulatory compliance.
Possess well-rounded problem-solving and project management skills
Preferring a background in Financial services or Legal industries.
