ETC is looking for a highly motivated and engagingTraining Advisor to join the team. You will beproviding non-accredited training to clientsthrough ETC's Career Transition Assistance (CTA) and 'JobLab'Programs. The training is designed to help clients developemployability skills and includes everything from assisting withresume preparation and career transition through to facilitatingworkshops to help clients build their skills, capability andconfidence. It is a rewarding role where you can directly influenceclients to become 'job-ready' and achieve positive employmentoutcomes.
This is a part time role based in ourGrafton office however, regular travel will berequired across various ETC sites in the Northern Rivers,NSW region.
Who are we looking for?
No qualifications or prior experiencenecessary. We are looking for the kind of person whothrives in a team environment and can deliver training in anaccessible, fun and practical way that engages with a diverseaudience group, with a fundamental belief in empowering others byhelping clients build on their strengths and develop skills tosuccessfully obtain and maintain employment.
Any experience facilitating training or workshops is highlyregarded although there are many different backgrounds that canbring value to this role.
