  • $750 incl super per day

Role and Responsibilities: As a Training Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs for our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of the project training strategy and training plan.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the new technology and its impact on various departments within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the Change Analysts, Technical Writers, Business Analysts, Solution Design Team and business stakeholders to capture training needs analysis for all the project's processes.
  • Ensure stakeholder groups across the board are scheduled into relevant training prior to go-live.
  • Support project training delivery to ensure the optimum mix of blended training and development of tools to ensure effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Development of training materials, including manuals, eLearn modules, quick reference guides and training videos.
  • Support the implementation of the change communications plan in conjunction with the corporate affairs team and the client's frameworks.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of the system go live, including readiness checklists, testing, support systems, and monitoring/controlling activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Training Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with the utilities industry.

Contract Duration: This is approx a 6-month contract withm possible extensions, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to a transformative project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
