Hays Recruitment in Darwin is proud to be partnering with one of the biggest utility corporations in the Northern Territory to find a qualified Training Analyst to contribute to their Metering project.
Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Analyst to play a pivotal role in our technology project. As the Training Analyst, you will be working with the Training Lead to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for our staff to ensure successful adoption of the new technology and to ensure the Meter to Cash (M2C) solution will meet NT National Electricity Rules metering compliance obligations, support metering and customer experience strategies, and aligns to the target state operating model.
What you'll need to succeed
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Effective facilitation and influencing skills, active listening and communication capability.
Ability to influence appropriately.
Collaboration and effective teamwork to lead and develop capability within the organisation. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous training development and delivery experience on IT projects is essential.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, training methodology and training best practice.
Ability to forge strong workplace relationships and manage these relationships to ensure timely, effective execution of work
