You will be working with the top company that transmits and distributes electricity, and provides water and sewerage services, across the Northern Territory.
Your new role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Leads with the development and delivery of training for business users of a new system. You will assist with the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs for the staff to ensure successful adoption of the new technology and ensure that the system meets compliance obligations, supports customer experience strategies, and aligns to the target state operating model.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Effective problem identification and solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous training development and delivery experience on IT projects.
- Ability to prioritise work in a high demand environment with changing priorities.
- Effective facilitation and influencing skills, active listening, and communication capability.
- Collaboration and effective teamwork to lead and develop capability within the organisation.
- Ability to translate complex concepts in a meaningful way across all levels of the business.
