We are seeking a passionate and motivated Training and Systems Specialist to join our national corporate office in Keswick.
This is an opportunity with national scope developing the training function and Systems for a national commercial construction company. The role involves collaborating with senior management to build a sustainable and skilled workforce. As the Training and Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving BADGE Group's strategic talent and knowledge objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Previous experience in the construction industry valuable
- Experience with digital construction systems
- Able to travel for training requirements on workforce
- Can conduct training in large or small environments
- Develop and maintain training strategies to ensure compliance with BADGE systems and legislation
- Maintain system health and provide data and analytics to management
- Report on system improvements and feedback to management
- Assist in system refinement and integration + automation where possible
- Provide support with change management processes
