Training And Systems Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Training and Systems Specialist to join our national corporate office in Keswick. 

This is an opportunity with national scope developing the training function and Systems for a national commercial construction company. The role  involves collaborating with senior management to build a sustainable and skilled workforce. As the Training and Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving BADGE Group's strategic talent and knowledge objectives.

Responsibilities include: 

• Previous experience in the construction industry valuable
• Experience with digital construction systems 
• Able to travel for training requirements on workforce
• Can conduct training in large or small environments 
• Develop and maintain training strategies to ensure compliance with BADGE systems and legislation 
• Maintain system health and provide data and analytics to management 
• Report on system improvements and feedback to management 
• Assist in system refinement and integration + automation where possible 
• Provide support with change management processes
