About the Role
The Training Coordinator (32 hours/week) will support the Training & Development Director to plan, develop & execute best-in-class training & education seminars, online platforms & bespoke sessions. The role will build & deliver efficient end-to-end execution plans for each program or event required in the annual training calendar, to ensure the most successful results for Prestige Brands Australia Beauty Advisors in Australia, New Zealand and Travel Retail.
Reporting to the Training & Development Director - ANZ, you will:
- Assist the Training & Development Director to coordinate the content & presentation materials for each training session & programs
- Ensure the annual training calendar for AU and NZ is productive, up to date & available to all staff
- Support the Training & Development Director to track the budget for each basic & seasonal training seminar
- Assist in the development & execution of the online e-learning platform
- Arrange all e-learning content/video filming requirements – building the end-to-end timelines and components required, booking film crews, venues & VM set-up, scripts, hair & makeup, rehearsals
- Maintain all training records, notes & feedback according to Training Department systems & processes
- Create Training ppt presentations as required, tailored to each session
About You
- Currently a Coordinator with another beauty or luxury or premium brand, or a Senior Beauty Advisor with an interest to move into Training & Education
- Intermediate Microsoft suite skills.
- Financially astute.
- Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and propose solutions.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Manage and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent listening skills, communication skills, leadership, organizational and time management skills.
