About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and facilitate the recruitment, induction and training process
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Document maintenance and control for every new starter and current team
Proactive approach to new training methods and processes’
Liaise with stakeholders through the recruitment process
Conduct walk throughs with stakeholders and candidates
Ensure induction is completed safely
About You
The successful candidate will have
Previous experience in similar role
Experience in manufacturing or construction industry
Cert 4 in work health and safety
Strong communication skills
