We are seeking a dedicated Training Product Coordinator to ensure the consistent application of training practices that foster a high-performing team and culture. Purpose of the Position
As the Training Product Coordinator, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing training strategies that support the company's objectives. This role demands a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as you work closely with various stakeholders throughout the organisation.
The Opportunity
- Issues Register Coordination: Ensure inbound queries from industry stakeholders are addressed professionally and effectively.
- Project Management: Lead minor projects and develop project cases, implementing a framework for triaging and actioning industry intelligence.
- Training Product Management: Oversee minor changes to training programs and products, from initiation to execution.
- Reporting and Meetings: Provide detailed reports and actively participate in team and stakeholder meetings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the National Industry Engagement Team, Technical Committees, colleagues, subcontractors, and the public.
- Industry Engagement: Arrange, facilitate, and support various industry engagement activities.
About You
- Experienced VET Professional: You have substantial experience in the vocational education and training sector, with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
- Hands-on Approach: You are willing and capable of executing day-to-day tasks in addition to strategic planning.
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable: You have a robust understanding of the Australian VET system and experience interpreting Training Package Requirements.
- Organisational Skills: High level of administrative capability with a keen attention to detail, record-keeping, and data entry skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy, particularly in managing data and reports.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to form and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Diploma in vocational education and training or a business-related qualification is highly regarded.
