About the role
As a Training Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of internal training programs across various departments. You'll collaborate with managers to identify training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. If you're passionate about empowering employees through training and have a knack for project management, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and coordinate training content, leveraging both internal and external resources.
- Assist in the creation and approval of the annual training plan, incorporating feedback and suggestions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify role-specific training needs.
- Assess and evaluate training delivery to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Provide guidance and support to workplace trainers and assessors, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Participate in system upgrades and other projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
- Problem-solving abilities and keen analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
