The Training Lead is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development and delivery of the critical and complex training and change management program of work and related projects for the Enterprise Chemotherapy Prescribing System (ECPS) Project across 21 SA Health sites. The Training Lead applies a clinical improvement mindset to develop and implement future state workflows, in collaboration with the project team and key clinical stakeholders.
The role develops and facilitates ECPS workflows and system training including training evaluation and assessment for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity working with, or in, clinical settings highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in the delivery and support of work-practice related training.
