Essential Functions
Contribute to learning and development initiatives by contributing research, creating materials, and assisting with planning and execution.
Assist Principal Training Coordinators with developing and using standard methods of training and development such as those found in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operation and Training Manuals (OTMs), equipment manuals, employee handbook, etc. - to train newly hired and transferred production operators on basic knowledge and skills needed to perform assigned function in accordance with safety, quality, SOP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and efficiency expectations under the 'Verbatim Compliance' concept.
Internal marketing/advertising for upcoming training initiatives.
Assist with training and Leadership Development surveys.
Provide support on new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives.
Assist with communication, engagement, and retention related programs.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills:
Undergraduate degree in process, in a human resources, education, learning development or related field.
Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable presentation skills.
Always maintain discretion and workplace confidentiality.
Strong computer skills, experienced in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
