ABOUT THE ROLE
With recent expansions, we are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate HR to join our growing HR team. You will be supporting the us in all aspects of our people functions, with a focus on remuneration.
Your key duties will include:
- Collect data, compile and prepare Human Resources reports, and deliver within the required time frame and format;
- Liaise with Zijin Headquarters to complete all Zijin system Human Resources procedures including candidate interviews, redeployment, transfer, onboarding, exiting and appointments, etc.;
- Liaise and coordinates overseas employees' work and visitor visa applications to meet operational manpower requirement;
- Assist Human Resources Manager to liaise with Zijin Headquarters on all Human Resources issues;
- Prepare and complete periodical and ad hoc Zijin reports as required in a timely and accurate manner;
- Draft and prepare periodical and ad hoc reports in both Chinese and English language as required;
- Provide advice on system integration between Zijin system and local system;
- Provide Human Resources support and advice to all Chinese expatriates, develop and implement cultural diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives;
- Provide bilingual support to the Department in day-to-day communications including translation of documents;
- Provide advice on remuneration and benefits strategy, practice and administration;
- Support payroll and benefits administration and reporting function;
- Maintain electronic & physical personnel records;
- Administrator all payroll tasks including but not limited to monthly payroll, super, payroll tax, salary package, benefits, worker compensation and salary continuous;
- Work payroll-related external reports, including AON, WGEA, ESG, etc.;
- Provide sufficient support to HRIS system implementation, upgrade, and training;
- Any other duties as required by the Human Resources Manager.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE
- Tertiary education in Human Resources or relevant field (Essential).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (Essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
- Competency in MS Word and MS Excel.
