$27.23 per hour One Tree Kambalda Children’s Service is a small, community-first service with big ideas about sustainability. We are close knit with great working relationships with families. There’s a baby and kindy room, in our beautiful classrooms designed by skilled educators. You'll join a committed and focused team that want to make a difference.

Position requirements:
In this role, you'll implement the National Quality Standards aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Your capacity to identify and nurture the strengths of both children and your team, coupled with a dedication to upholding the ethos, purpose, and values of One Tree Community Services, will underpin your success.
Successful applicant will possess:
- Demonstrated 1years + experience.
- Have strong communication skills with parents, staff and community organisations'.
- Valid Working with Children check.
- Reliable, flexible, team player and willing to learn.
- Be living and eligible to work in Australia.
