Role Description
This is a full-time position located in our Darwin city office. The Training Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with developing and delivering training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and modifying training programs as necessary. The Training Officer will also be responsible for communicating with students regarding their training progression, providing feedback and supporting them through their training whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (Australian Skills Quality Authority).

Qualification & Skill Requirements
TAE40116 or TAE40122 or higher
BSB - Business service training qualification of Certificate III or higher, or verifiable professional experience to this level or above
Commitment to providing high quality service in written and oral communication
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have ability to learn new databases quickly
Be driven by achieving deadlines and providing accurate administration
Liaise with potential international students, providing guidance and support.
Promote ISTA to international students and provide accurate information
