- Provide routine business systems and policy-related training and support for TLA's suite of corporate and specialist legal practice software products.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and develop new digital ways of working.
- Develop training in accordance with training management plans and maintain training registers and relevant completions documentation in accordance with compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist in structured User Acceptance testing of new business systems and software upgrades as and when required.
- Monitor, evaluate, record and maintain common systems issues experienced by end users.
- In consultation with stakeholders, develop and maintain training manuals and management plans, digital adoption tools, systems management procedures, troubleshooting articles and associated documentation to support end-users.
- Assist with the ongoing business systems improvement activities by identifying and recommending solutions for issues that arise.
