About the Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Asset & Facilities Maintenance team at our Coppabella Village located approximately two hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure the overall effectiveness of maintenance administration, specifically the planning, scheduling and prioritising of all maintenance operations at all Civeo villages in accordance with efficient work supervision, operational plans, company policies and procedures.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in people management and maintenance management in a multi-site business, preferable in the hospitality/accommodation or residential construction sector
- Extensive experience in job planning, scheduling and the field supervision of technical trade teams
- Experience in maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably JDE
- Experience in Workplace Health and Safety, including systems and compliance
- Demonstrated negotiation and people management skills
- Good business management skills, including interpersonal and financial.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
- A National Police Check (obtained within 12 months)
- Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence
