Catapult Smallprint Pty Ltd as part of the Learnt Group, a leading provider of learning and assessment support resources for training organisations across Australia, is seeking experienced Instructional Designers to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
We are looking for individuals with a background in instructional design, vocational education, training, or compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in content development and editing within the Vocational Education sector and a thorough understanding of training package requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse training package requirements
- Design and develop instructional and assessment strategies
- Research, produce, and edit high-quality training content
- Adhere to Catapult Smallprint’s writing, compliance, and formatting procedures
- Ensure all content is clear, relevant, and grammatically correct
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in instructional design and content development for Vocational Education
- Strong knowledge of training package requirements
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Current TAE qualification highly valued
