About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to be part of an exciting and transformational new project. This role will be responsible for delivering effective training solutions to support the successful implementation of a new system and processes.
Using the typical life-cycle of training, namely assess-analyse-design-develop-deliver, your responsibilities will include:
Delivery of training to a variety of stakeholder groups both in-person and online.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify subsequent learning and development requirements.
Develop, customise and maintain learning content and resources to deliver agreed project outcomes.
Implement and continually review the training and development strategy ensuring it addresses the needs of the project.
Utilise various techniques, resources and media (which might include eLearning, virtual classrooms, self-assessment, peer-assisted learning and other current methods) to deliver training.
Work with the Senior Project Manager to plan and schedule the delivery of learning activities, based on project and learning objectives within pre-determined timeframes.
We would love to hear from you if you have
Proven experience delivering systems training.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, incorporating strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration, coaching and facilitation capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal, with demonstrated experience of producing training materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning applications.
Cert IV in Training and Assessment, or experience deemed the equivalent.
Ability to travel regularly to deliver training to our teams across Australia
