About the role: We are currently seeking a highly experienced Training Supervisor to support our Operations for our Training and Competency Division.
For this position you will reporting directly to the Training Superintendent and your primary responsibilities is to ensure that the appropriate support and assistance is supplied to MinRes operations through the utilisation, audit, review and improvement of the Training Framework and Training Management System, analysis of training needs and management and scheduling of the Corporate Roving Team.
