The Role
As an Industrial Transactions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth initiatives through detailed analysis of industrial real estate transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen analytical mindset, strong financial acumen, and a passion for the industrial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for industrial real estate transactions.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, assessing risk and return profiles.
- Prepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment memos.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to identify and underwrite new industrial properties.
- Support the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements.
- Maintain market intelligence and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
Skills and Experience
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in industrial real estate analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Knowledge of the industrial real estate market and key factors influencing transactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
