How you will make an impact
As a dedicated Health Capital Transactions Manager, you are responsible for supporting the acquisition and divestments efforts of Dexus with a focus on healthcare. Your experience will enable you to improve investment management thinking, project-manage transactions and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve deliverables.
About You
- Extensive experience in a property and/or private equity environment
- Experience in transaction/project management – relevant health transaction experience is advantageous
- Working knowledge of property valuation software such as Forbury, ARGUS or Estate Master
- Track record of improving business processes and effectiveness of business functions advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with internal and external parties
- Broad market networks
- Effective time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, work with minimal supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks
- Positive attitude and team spirit with demonstrated ability to get on with a range of people with diverse personalities
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a changing and demanding environment
- Able to maintain confidence/deal with highly sensitive information
