Duties Include:
- Meeting of customers as they arrive at Transfer Station.
- Recording their details.
- Directing customers to the correct location to unload their waste & recycling.
- Direct traffic coming onto site while monitoring all vehicles entering/leaving the site.
- Assist customers with their enquiries and ensure customers receive the highest service standard possible.
- Maintain a professional image of the company and always deliver high quality customer service.
- Keep general area of the Transfer Station including the office in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition.
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required.
Requirements of the Role Include:
Essential:
- Ability to travel between both sites. (Birkdale and Redlands)
- High levels of written communication skills
- High levels of customer service
Desirable:
- Transfer station and or waste industry experience.
- Moderate experience in customer service.
- First aid certificate.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
