We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Transformation Manager reporting to Executive Manager Enterprise Services Transformation.
A bit about your role
The Business and Technology Enablement team within Enterprise Services strives to improve business performance across Finance by enabling efficient, effective, and well-controlled operations. Reporting to the Executive Manager Enterprise Services Transformation, the Transformation Manager will partner with various Finance teams to deliver optimisation initiatives and embed operational disciplines.
A primary responsibility of the role is to identify and drive key cross-functional initiatives, on a prioritised basis, to deliver end-to-end transformation and improvement outcomes to support the achievement of Enterprise Services’ strategy and objectives.
A bit about you
If this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you’ll be well versed in process transformation as well as holding a sound understanding of Agile & Lean methodologies and its practical application in a continuous improvement environment. The role requires significant experience in transformation and shared services. The candidate must be able to operate at an executive level, demonstrating strong stakeholder communication skills and serving in an internal advisory role with a focus on medium and long-term planning.
As an exceptional team player and communicator, you will have the natural ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong successful partnerships. Your transformation experience, proven business process excellence capabilities and aptitude to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst delivering high-quality outputs, will be pivotal to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in project-based transformation work, with the ability to lead projects, pay attention to detail.
