Overview

PepsiCo ANZ has embarked on a digitization journey for Order to Cash Cycle by recently implementing a state-of-the-art solution, High Radius, leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as key enablers. We are now striving to drive strategic transformation of our processes that enables PepsiCo's ambitious growth & profitability aspirations.

Commercial Controls team is a critical part of this initiative that leverages industry trends, strategic insights and analytics to help the organization identify and pursue areas of process transformation.

As Transformation Sr. Analyst - Commercial Controls you will work closely with wide group of stakeholders across our Australia Foods business. The work will be fast-paced, analytical and hinge on the ability to translate analytics into actionable items to drive automation.

To be successful in this role you will need to be perpetually curious, enjoy building an intimate knowledge of our D&A structure, operating model, and IT systems. Prior understanding of the Australian retailers' practices and exposure to customer claims will be very helpful for success.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

  • Analyse historical claims data to identify top trends that are impacting process efficiency. Engage with key stakeholders to build support and consensus for simplification initiatives. Support stakeholders in implementing aligned action plan ensuring effective execution.
  • Evaluate success of changes post-implementation to ensure that objectives are met and make recommendations for further improvements.
  • Analyse aged items/abnormal claims, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in alignment with key stakeholders to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Regularly communicate progress, milestones and challenges related to change initiatives to management and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall goals.

High Radius Optimization

  • Monitor defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against planned automation targets for Cash Application and Claims settlement modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise High Radius utilisation and monitoring KPIs to reduce complexity, minimize error and expedite claims processing.
  • Organize training programs to equip employees with knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new processes.


To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to challenge status quo
  • Knowledge of Australian FMCG landscape and Major retailers in industry is preferred
  • Effective team player, has a positive approach to work and team members
  • SAP / High Radius experience will be a plus
