Your motivation and drive are important qualities, alongside your understanding of Market Data or the financial markets space.Your backgroundRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, computer science, compliance, finance or related discipline.Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Market Data products, exchanges and dataStrong knowledge of financial markets, data products and data sources, including familiarity with vendors.Strong knowledge of contract and vendor management, with the ability to adhere to the Bank’s associated policies and guidelines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and vendors.A critical thinker, with a passion for problem solving and driving improvements associated to the use of Market Data.A strong risk mindset with an ability to identify, articulate and manage risks in line with the Bank’s risk tolerance.Your teamFinancial Markets Group is responsible for implementing the Reserve Bank’s operations in domestic and foreign exchange markets, monitoring and analysing developments in financial markets and co-ordinating the Reserve Bank’s relationship with international institutions. Domestic Markets Department is responsible for the Reserve Bank's operations in the domestic money and bond markets.
